Orders that receive free shipping due to the Free Ship Promotion, may get charged for shipping if customer returns any portion (or entire order) of the purchase which causes amount to fall below required Free Ship amount.
Delivery times may vary. Products are shipped from different areas. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for most orders. Hair Accessory items are hand made and require 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks delivery for Hair Accessory Rush Orders. ALL RUSH ORDERS will incur additional shipping and handling fee of $20.00 as noted in product description. Personalized or Monogram orders allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Most personalized products are not eligible for rush orders. All personalized or engraved products are not returnable. It is important to provide your email address and/or phone number so you can be reached if we have a question about your order.
All “Bouquet Jewels” products with Swarovski crystals and rhinestones are made to order. These products are non returnable and non refundable. You MUST notify us within 24 hours if there is a problem with any “Bouquet Jewels” products.

In the event your order needs to be changed or cancelled, you must CALL us by 9:00 am the following business day, Pacific Standard Time. ALL packages that are refused at delivery will incur the original shipping charge, in addition to a $20.00 RETURN PROCESSING FEE.

Due to delivery zones and weights of products, large quantity or heavy products such as wedding place cards, wedding favors, bubbles or kitchen ware may require adjusted freight charges that will be assessed at time of shipping. AT NO TIME will additional charges be applied without your knowledge or approval.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any damaged or defective merchandise. Returns can be made on any undamaged product within 30 days of the original purchase date. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items. Call or email customer service for a return authorization number. (Shipping charges are not refundable) NO RETURNS will be accepted without prior approval and a return authorization number. Returns must be received in original packaging and in perfect condition or credit will not be issued. We suggest you INSURE RETURN PACKAGE, since we are not responsible for items broken in shipment. If items are broken, NO refund will be given.
RETURN POLICY FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS
No return on engraved, personalized or monogram merchandise. Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via fax to 619-528-1980. No cancellation on custom orders.

BACKORDERED ITEMS
Occasionally, an item may be backordered and will not be available for shipping within the normal time listed for that product. If this is the case, we contact you, provide you with an estimate of availability for the backordered item, and ask you how you wish us to fulfill your order.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We do our best to keep products current. Should you order an item that we determine is out of stock, we will contact you to select another item or we will refund the amount of order. If an item is out of stock, resulting in the order not meeting the minimum for Free Shipping, you must select another item to meet the purchase requirement. Free Shipping is not applicable to any order less than $130.00, even if reason is because an item is not in stock.
CANDLE ORDERS DURING HOT WEATHER
Candles can melt if exposed to hot summer weather. During the warm weather months of April to October, there will be an additional $12.00 charge on your total for all candles purchased. Candles must be shipped by air during these months to prevent melting.

EXCHANGES
We will gladly exchange any product you purchase that does not meet your satisfaction for any product from our collection. If the product you choose as a replacement carries a lower price, we will refund the difference. You are responsible for Return Shipping and Handling.
